I Inviterly

For Seychelles properties

Your guests arrive already checked in.

Inviterly handles the paperwork before anyone lands — passport details, house rules, the tourism levy — so the desk can hand over a key and say welcome, rather than ask for a document.

Free for 14 days. No card, and nothing to install.

The stay, from booking to checkout

Reservations arrive from your PMS. Everything after that happens here.

Online check-in

The guest photographs their passport, signs the house rules and settles what is owed, on their own phone, before they travel. What they submit lands on the desk's board.

A guest app with no app store

One link, no password, no download. Their directions, WiFi, door code, house guide and bill — in English, French, German, Italian or Russian.

One inbox

WhatsApp, email and in-app messages in a single thread per stay, so whoever is on shift can see what was already said without asking the guest to repeat it.

Extras that sell themselves

Airport transfers, excursions, breakfast. Priced per person, per night or per booking, with a separate child rate — and offered in the app while the guest is still planning.

Housekeeping and maintenance

Today's departures and turnarounds on one board. A supervisor assigns rooms; anyone who finds a fault photographs it and it becomes a job.

Your PMS keeps its job

Cloudbeds bookings sync in continuously, including the ones with no room assigned yet. Nothing is retyped, and nothing has to move.

The guest's side

One link, and it is already theirs

No app to download, no account to make, no password to forget. The guest opens a link and finds their stay: how to get there, the WiFi, the door code when they are entitled to it, the house guide, what they have spent, and a way to ask you something.

It is built to open on the connection they actually have — in the taxi from the airport, on hotel WiFi, on a phone that has been roaming all day.

Not a mockup

Open it as a guest would

A real stay at a demonstration property, in the same software your guests get. Their welcome, the house guidebook, the extras they can order, what they have spent — on the phone in your hand rather than in a picture of a phone.

No sign-in, nothing to install. That is the whole point of it.

Built here, not translated

Most guest-experience software is built for European hotels and adapted afterwards. This one starts from what a Seychelles property is actually required to do.

The tourism levy, calculated
Rates by establishment size, per guest per night, with the exemptions — children, residents, GOP holders. It lands on the folio and can be collected at check-in. Rates stay editable, because they are yours to verify against the SRC.
Rupees, euros or dollars
Priced and settled in the currency you actually charge in, in whole cents, with no conversion invented anywhere along the way.
Made for the connection you have
The guest app is built to open on hotel WiFi and on mobile data, which is a constraint most software written elsewhere never had to meet.

A screen for each job

Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance see different things, because they need different things — and because a housekeeper does not need a guest's balance.

Front desk

Who arrives today, who has checked in already, what is still owed, and every message from the guest.

Housekeeping

Their own rooms for the day, the turnarounds that cannot start until a guest has gone, and a do-not-disturb that is respected.

Maintenance

Jobs with the photograph attached, and — only if you allow it — which rooms are occupied, with no guest names on it.

All three on the phone they already carry, on iOS and Android.

And the television in the room

The same stay, on the biggest screen they have

A television knows which room it is in, or it does not — there is no login and nothing in the room can change that. A member of staff pairs it once with a code from the dashboard, and from then on it shows that room's guest their welcome, the house guide, what they have spent, the extras they can order and any message you have sent them.

Revoke the pairing and it goes back to knowing nothing, which is what should happen when a set leaves the room.
